We have built a Unified portal for Income-Tax and e-TDS Reconciliation process.

Summary Report

Here we import Oracle data, Income tax data and the Certificates data and reconcile Oracle data against Income tax and Certificates data.

Year Wise Summary Report

Exportable Reports are generated to view the status of the reconciliation for different financial years and departments.

Creation of various masters - Business Unit, Department, Users, Clients
Online Data entry or Data Import – to upload Oracle data from the PeopleSoft, Income tax data from Income tax department and the Certificates data
Reconciliation – includes 2 way , 2-3 way and 3 way process
Multiple Management Reports – Summary reports, Monthly and Quarterly reports with drag and drop pivots.
Data Refresh – can replace the existing data with new data.
Status check reports
Currently helped automate the manual to Automated web process. Also, data from Financial Year 2009 on wards was migrated into the system.
Centralized the entire reconciliation process into a single Web Application and several data & Process related checks were introduced. Also, we helped bring about Uniformity in the data.
